RETURNS
Returns will be honored 48 hours after receiving merchandise. Returns must be accompanied by an RA number issued by Twist n Tent and printed outside of the package.

Package returned without RA will be refused credit. Returned merchandise will be charged shipping cost both ways plus 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned in new condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

PAYMENTS
We accept Paypal, MasterCARD, Visa, Discover, and Money Orders. Sorry, we do not accept COD. We ship within 48 hours of order placement. Colors is subject availability.

SHIPPING
Shipping cost for one tent is $7.95, $3 for each additional tent.

Please, call about shipping cost to Hawaii and Alaska. We ship Internationally.

SALES TAX
7% sales tax will apply to Florida Residents. Sales tax only applies if the merchandise is shipping to Florida. If your order includes a taxable item, Florida Residents are required to pay tax on the total shipping charge for the entire order.
